Socio Design

Socio Design are a London based agency specialising in graphic design, branding, art direction and web design. Their work for 'Nice' caught my eye and made me realise how much I love Clarendon, even though it is used to death.

The work involved a rebrand and allow expansion into niche markets. Nice design internet applications and although I would not associate Clarendon with cutting edge technology, I have always thought the font family has friendly and inviting characteristics, and find the pale colour adds to a laid back feel. Obviously, this was something they were consciencious of and did not plum for using darker colours such as greys and blacks alonside lime greens or vibrant oranges.
