Design Direction/moodboard

I had some ideas about how I wanted this campaign to look. I felt the graphic approach was something that I could look at before getting stuck into the ideas side of the brief. I feel a combination between photography and illustration. I feel the relationship can create a strong visual effect if used effectively and it is something I have not tried with my work yet.

I also want to bring in my type and layout skills so I have some pieces here that I feel visually could work for the 'Feel Good' project.

I decided to look back at the work of Kate Moross, someone who inspired me during the first year and som
eone I am looking to again as I feel her work conveys the same type of message as we want too with the feel good brand. There is positivity, and a hint of weirdness about her work that makes it appealing to me.

Colour is another thing that makes the artwork seem so attractive. Colour will almost certainly play apart in the feel good campaign because colour brings emotion.

I also decided to look at Ich&Kar, again from last year. This piece has a sense of fluidness to it. The burst of colour gives a sense of juiciness and flavour that I am looking for.

I think we also cannot ignore the work of Innocent Smoothies, the brand took off out of nothing and seems to be performing well. Their ad campaigns portray the healthiness and natural vibe we should be looking to emulate. I do also like the countryside feel, as it gives the impression of a friendly and economically driven company that cares for its customers.
